Deferral Agreement Application
- Town of Huntsville - Deferral of Development Charges (Budget&financial-12)
- Deferral agreement can be entered into with the Town where by the payment of the Development charges can be deferred up to two years for residential dwellings, and up to 5 year for non-residential dwellings as outlined in the Town policy Deferral of Development Charges (Budget&financial-12).
- Deferrals are also available for certain rental or institutional housing as defined by the Ontario Development Charges Act.

I acknowledge this agreement only pertains to the Town of Huntsville’s development charges and not the District of Muskoka’s development charges. A separate agreement needs to be obtained from the District of Muskoka.
