Property Tax Statement Request Form

This form is for an overview of your property tax account or for obtaining a duplicate tax bill for the current year.

• A Current Tax Account Statement shows your owner/legal description information, current status of taxes, and the annual taxes billed to date, for the year. The cost of this statement is $13.75
• A Transactional Tax Account Statement shows your owner/legal description information, current status of taxes, the annual taxes for the year and has the addition of showing detailed transactions during the time period requested. The cost of this statement is $20.00
• A Duplicate Tax Bill is an exact copy/re-print of the original property tax bill that we mail out to you. The cost of a duplicate property tax bill is $32.00.

Please note that your original tax bill that we mail out is your official income tax receipt.  Be sure to keep it for your records.
